1. Service Description

PHX Pool Pro is a referral and matching service that connects homeowners in the Phoenix, Arizona area with qualified local pool service professionals. PHX Pool Pro does not perform pool services directly and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by partner professionals.

2. Partner Terms

Pool service professionals who participate in the PHX Pool Pro partner network agree to pay a per-lead referral fee for each accepted exclusive lead, as outlined in the signed Partner Terms & Acknowledgment. Payment is due within 7 days of lead delivery (Net 7). PHX Pool Pro reserves the right to pause lead delivery for partners with outstanding balances.

3. No Guarantees

PHX Pool Pro does not guarantee any minimum lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue for partner professionals. Lead availability depends on homeowner demand in your service area.

4. SMS Terms

By engaging with PHX Pool Pro, you may receive SMS communications from us. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

PHX Pool Pro is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our referral service, the actions of partner professionals, or any disputes between homeowners and service providers.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
